This agreement is between the Artist [ "ZzBomii" ], and you [ the "Client" ].I, ZzBomii, am not responsible if the Client fails to read and confirm the Terms of Service.The Client is responsible to clarify and ask about any unsure policy with ZzBomii.
˖ʚ general ɞ˖
✧ ZzBomii has the rights to decline or cancel any request for any reason.✧ The commission will be cancelled if any ill or inappropriate behaviour occurs from the Client and will result in a ban/blacklist for future commissions.✧ Reference images of the character must be provided - complex designs will be simplified to suit the artstyle. ZzBomii will not accept description-only requests.✧ ZzBomii has full rights to use the commissioned work for portfolio purposes and work live on stream. Preference for confidentiality must be communicated by the Client beforehand.✧ 'Little Goober' and 'Chiikawa' commissions are prioritized, as they are quicker to draw. The rest will be queue based.
˖ʚ DEADLINES & DELIVERY ɞ˖
✧ Visit the Trello page to view the queue.✧ Turnaround time: 1 week - 2 months after commencing. If ZzBomii needs more time, it will be communicated through with the Client.✧ All commissions are delivered digitally. No physical copies will be sent.✧ The Client may request to be prioritized in queue - a rush fee will be charged (50% of the base commission price). Minimum 1 week for priority.

✧ Characters with lots of exposed skin / Skin tight clothes
˖ʚ payments ɞ˖
✧ Prices are in USD.✧ The Client is expected to pay ZzBomii fully upfront. Commissions will not commence until payment has been made.✧ Partial payment (50/50) is allowed for commissions over $100.✧ Must pay within 2 weeks of accepting the proposal or the commission will be cancelled.➳ Non-Disclosure-Agreement (NDA)/Privacy fee will have a charge of [50% fee from base price] for stated commission types.
˖ʚ Revisions ɞ˖
✧ Revisions are only for specified services.✧ 3 free revisions after the sketch has been approved.➳ Any additional revisions will cost +$2
˖ʚ skeb-like commissions ɞ˖
✧ Skeb / Scribble Commissions will have no communication throughout the process, meaning the final artwork will be delivered as is, without any WIPs or revisions in between!
˖ʚ refund policy ɞ˖
➳ Refunds exclude any transaction fees.➳ NO REFUNDS unless ZzBomii is unable to complete the Client's request. ZzBomii will message the Client if this were the case and will issue a full refund.✧ The Client must never request or submit a payment chargeback under any circumstances. This will be considered as a violation towards the ToS.
˖ʚ improvement / redraw policy ɞ˖
✧ By commissioning ZzBomii, the Client agrees that the artwork reflects ZzBomii's level and style at the time of creation.✧ Previous commissions will not be redrawn, revised, or updated for free due to artistic improvement, style changes, or personal preference over time.✧ Any request to remake or significantly alter a past commission will be treated as a new commission and charged accordingly.
˖ʚ use of artwork / rights ɞ˖
✧ All commissioned pieces are for PERSONAL USE & MONETIZED USE - content use, streaming creation, pfp, personal prints, emotes, banners etc.. are allowed.➳ Re-selling and redistributing the artwork NOT allowed. [ keychains, posters, stickers etc… ] is prohibited.✧ CREDITS TO @ZZBOMII IS MANDATORY. My signature is NOT to be removed.✧ ZzBomii retains all copyrights and intellectual property [ IP ] rights of the artwork created.➳ The IP rights of the existing characters drawn and any reference images provided by the Client will remain with their respective owners.✧ Modification/Alteration/Tracing of the artwork is prohibited.✧ The Client is NOT allowed to use the artwork for any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.
