general
✧ I have the rights to decline or cancel any request.✧ Your commission will be cancelled if any ill behavior occurs.✧ Max 1 character per canvas.✧ Reference images of your character must be provided - simple designs are preferred to suit my style.✧ Revisions can only be done during the sketch stage - only minor revisions/missed details can be done after.✧ Completion will take roughly < 1 month. If I need more time, I will contact you.
payments
✧ Full payment is required before I start the commission.✧ No refunds unless I have not started or I am unable to do it.✧ Commissions that are not payed within 2 weeks will be cancelled.✧ I only accept Ko-fi as a form of payment.
use of artwork
✧ All commissioned pieces are for personal use only - content/streaming creation, profile picture, banners etc.. is allowed.✧ Commercial use is not allowed. Re-selling the artwork in any form of merch is prohibited.✧ Modification/Alteration of the artwork is prohibited.✧ Credits to my profile @zzbomii is mandatory - always post the watermarked version.✧ Intellectual property and credits will still be held by me.✧ You are not allowed to use the artwork for any technology related to nfts, cryptocurrency, or AI.
