This agreement is between the Artist [ "ZzBomii" ], and you [ the "Client" ].I, ZzBomii, am not responsible if the Client fails to read and confirm the Terms of Service.The Client is responsible to clarify and ask about any unsure policy with ZzBomii.
˖ʚ general ɞ˖
✧ ZzBomii has the rights to decline or cancel any request for any reason.✧ The commission will be cancelled if any ill or inappropriate behaviour occurs from the Client and may result in a ban for future commissions.✧ Colors may vary to fit the artstyle.✧ Reference images of the character must be provided - complex designs will be simplified to suit the artstyle. ZzBomii will not accept description-only requests.✧ ZzBomii has full rights to use the commissioned work for portfolio purposes and work live on stream. Preference for confidentiality must be communicated by the Client beforehand.➳ NDA/Privacy fee will have a charge of $20 USD✧ Commissions are queue based, if the Client wishes to view where they are placed in queue, they must view the Trello Queue List page.✧ Completion of the artwork will take roughly 1 week - 1 month after commencing. If ZzBomii needs more time, it will be communicated through with the Client.✧ All commissions are delivered digitally. No physical copies will be sent.✧ Please do note that ONE canvas will only be allowed up to TWO characters per commission!
˖ʚ payments ɞ˖
✧ Prices are in USD.✧ The Client is expected to pay ZzBomii fully upfront. Commissions will not commence until payment has been made.✧ Commissions that are not payed within 2 weeks of being accepted, will be cancelled unless a reasonable excuse is stated.
˖ʚ skeb commissions ɞ˖
✧ Skeb / Scribble Commissions will have no communication throughout the process, meaning the final artwork will be delivered as is, without any WIPs or revisions in between!✧ Completion of the artwork will take roughly 1 - 2 weeks after commencing. If ZzBomii needs more time, it will be communicated through with the Client.
˖ʚ emote commissions ɞ˖
✧ Emote commissions are exclusive to mutuals / friends only!✧ Some emotes will be drawn from scratch, but some will use an emote base pack.➳ If a base will be used, it will be communicated with the Client beforehand, and the Client will be given options to choose from!
˖ʚ refund policy ɞ˖
➳ Refunds exclude any transaction fees.➳ NO REFUNDS unless ZzBomii is unable to complete the Client's request. ZzBomii will message the Client if this were the case and will issue a full refund.✧ The Client must never request or submit a payment chargeback under any circumstances. This will be considered as a violation towards the ToS.
˖ʚ use of artwork / rights ɞ˖
✧ All commissioned pieces are for PERSONAL USE & MONETIZED USE - content use, streaming creation, pfp, personal prints, emotes, banners etc.. are allowed.➳ Re-selling and redistributing the artwork NOT allowed. [ keychains, posters, stickers etc… ] is prohibited.✧ Credits to @ZzBomii is mandatory.✧ ZzBomii retains all copyrights and intellectual property [ IP ] rights of the artwork created.➳ The IP rights of the existing characters drawn and any reference images provided by the Client will remain with their respective owners.✧ Modification/Alteration/Tracing of the artwork is prohibited.✧ The Client is NOT allowed to use the artwork for any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.

Solar is my stream mascot! She is a space OC of mine who you might see in my Stream Avatars [ VIPs access only avatar ] extension and some of my emotes! She may not be able to speak, but she is responsible for keeping things organised in my stream! She makes sure everything is running smoothly, but otherwise, she is there to keep Mii company ~» Who is Plu?
Plu is my community mascot! My Nightlights are represented as Plu in my channel! It is Solar's companion and loves to follow her around and help her wherever she needs. You may see It in my Stream Avatars [ all Nightlights can access this avatar ] extension, and some of my emotes too!Solar and Plu hold very special places in my heart and are very important to my channel, so I hope you will love them as dearly as I do!
