VGen Commission link can be found at the end of this section.✧ An account for VGen is NOT required to request a commission!

This agreement is between the Artist [ "ZzBomii" ], and you [ the "Client" ].I, ZzBomii, am not responsible if the Client fails to read and confirm the Terms of Service.The Client is responsible to clarify and ask about any unsure policy with ZzBomii.

˖ʚ general ɞ˖

✧ ZzBomii has the rights to decline or cancel any request for any reason.✧ The commission will be cancelled if any ill or inappropriate behaviour occurs from the Client and may result in a ban for future commissions.✧ Colors may vary to fit the artstyle.✧ Reference images of the character must be provided - complex designs will be simplified to suit the artstyle.✧ ZzBomii has full rights to use the commissioned work for portfolio purposes and work live on stream. Preference for confidentiality must be communicated by the Client beforehand.➳ NDA/Privacy fee will have a charge of $20 USD✧ Commissions are queue based, if the Client wishes to view where they are placed in queue, they must view the Trello page.✧ Completion of the artwork will take roughly 1 week - 2 months after commencing. If ZzBomii needs more time, it will be communicated through with the Client.✧ All commissions are delivered digitally. No physical copies will be sent.

˖ʚ skeb commissions ɞ˖

✧ Skeb / Scribble Commissions will have little to no communication throughout the process.✧ Refunds will NOT be provided with this type of commission.

˖ʚ emote commissions ɞ˖

✧ Emote commissions are exclusive to mutuals / friends only!✧ Some emotes will be drawn from scratch, but some will use an emote base pack.➳ If a base will be used, it will be communicated with the Client beforehand, and the Client will be given options to choose from!

˖ʚ payments ɞ˖

✧ Please do not pay before ZzBomii reaches out about accepting the commission!✧ Prices are in USD.✧ The Client is expected to pay ZzBomii fully upfront. Commissions will not commence until payment has been made.✧ Commissions that are not payed within 2 weeks of being accepted, will be cancelled unless a reasonable excuse is stated.

˖ʚ refund policy ɞ˖

➳ Refunds exclude any transaction fees.➳ Full refund request will only be accepted if ZzBomii has not started on the Client's commission.➳ 50% refund request will only be accepted if the commission was started, but ZzBomii is unable to continue OR complete the commission within the turnaround time.✧ The Client must never request or submit a payment chargeback under any circumstances. This will be considered as a violation towards the ToS.

˖ʚ use of artwork / rights ɞ˖

✧ All commissioned pieces are for PERSONAL USE ONLY - content use, streaming creation, pfp, personal prints, emotes, banners etc.. are allowed.➳ Commercial use is NOT allowed. Re-selling and redistributing the artwork [ keychains, posters, stickers etc… ] is prohibited.✧ Credits to @ZzBomii is mandatory - the Client must always post the watermarked version provided.➳ Use of non-watermarked version is allowed for thumbnails and profile pictures etc... however, credits must be given in descriptions and bios.✧ ZzBomii retains all copyrights and intellectual property [ IP ] rights of the artwork created.➳ The IP rights of the existing characters drawn and any reference images provided by the Client will remain with their respective owners.✧ Modification/Alteration/Tracing of the artwork is prohibited.✧ The Client is NOT allowed to use the artwork for any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.
