By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Please read it carefully.
˖ʚ general ɞ˖
✧ I have the rights to decline or cancel any request.✧ Your commission will be cancelled if any ill or inappropriate behaviour occurs.✧ Max 1 character per canvas unless stated otherwise.✧ Reference images of your character must be provided - simple designs are preferred to suit my style.✧ Revisions can only be done during the sketch stage - only minor revisions/missed details can be done after.✧ Completion will take roughly < 1 month. If I need more time, I will contact you.
˖ʚ payments ɞ˖
✧ Please do not pay before I message you about accepting your commission!✧ Payment is in USD.✧ Full payment is required before I start the commission.✧ Commissions that are not payed within 2 weeks will be cancelled unless a reason is stated.✧ I only accept Ko-fi as a form of payment (NO PAYPAL).
˖ʚ refund policy ɞ˖
✧ NO refunds unless I have not started or I am unable to do it.✧ Refunds exclude any transaction fees.➳ Full refund will be provided if requested BEFORE sketch confirmation.➳ 50% of the fee will be refunded after sketch confirmation.➳ 25% of the fee will be refunded after base colors confirmation.
˖ʚ use of artwork ɞ˖
✧ All commissioned pieces are for personal use only - content/streaming creation, profile picture, banners etc.. are allowed.✧ Commercial use is not allowed. Re-selling the artwork in any form of merch (keychains, posters, stickers etc…) is prohibited.✧ Modification/Alteration of the artwork is prohibited.✧ Credits to my profile @zzbomii is mandatory - always post the watermarked version provided.➳ Use of non-watermarked version is allowed for thumbnails and profile pictures, however credits must be given in descriptions and bios.✧ Intellectual property and credits will still be held by me.✧ You are not allowed to use the artwork for any technology related to nfts, cryptocurrency, or AI.
